Kim Hostasa, BS, Office Manager
Kim has been a valuable part of the Elite Dental Team since December 2005. She is a true leader who has an excellent rapport with each of our many patients. Kim takes great pride in educating patients about their treatment options to ensure no questions are left unanswered. She Graduated Cum Laude from the Max M Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Kim resides in Hebron with her husband Brad and dogs Dixie and Ace. Kim enjoys traveling, exercise, and spending time with family and friends.

Karen Hinesman, RDH, BSDH Hygienist
Karen was the first addition to the Elite Dental Team and is a great asset. Her excellent skills as a hygienist and an unforgetable personality keep our patients excited about their next visit. She attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2005. Karen has also received her license to administer local anesthesia which allows patients to enjoy maximum comfort during advanced periodontal procedures. She resides in Pataskala with her husband Jeremy and lab mixes Grizzly and Gunner. Karen enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and wine tasting.

Andrea Finck, RDH, BSDH, EFDA, Hygienist
Andrea is the much needed addition to the dental hygiene growth of our practice. She has enabled the addition of hygiene hours and more flexible scheduling for our patients. Andrea graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2009 with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has a license to administer local anesthesia and is a certified Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary; allowing her to place fillings. She resides in Newark with her wonderful son, Jayce and enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercise and the outdoors.

Emily A Harkins, BA, Practice Coordinator
Emily graduated from Muskingum University in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on French. She is responsible for our new patient experience and is among one of the first people our patients come into contact with. She manages all the specialist correspondence and ensures our patient’s visits are stress free. She got her start in dentistry working in a dental laboratory and has used this experience to become an integral part of the team. Emily resides in the Short North and enjoys her participation in Big Brothers Big Sisters, traveling, soccer and hanging out with family and friends.

Allison Reynolds, Hygiene Assistant
Allison is a great addition to the continually growing Elite Dental Team. She began her exploration of the dental field by hygiene observation. Her passion for dentistry was quickly evident and enabled her to take on a permanent position as Dental Hygiene Assistant and Patient Concierge. She continues to pursue a degree in Dental Hygiene. Allison grew up in Huntington, WV and enjoys her time visiting family, shopping, bowling, fishing and spending time with friends. She currently resides in Newark with her cat, Ayla.

Cherie A. Gibson, Dental Assistant
Cherie is the lead dental assistant and has been in dentistry for 20 years. She has a strong passion for the field of dentistry and was actually Dr. Skasko’s first dental assistant when he practiced in Findlay, Ohio. They were recently reunited and Cherie and her family relocated to the Heath area. She resides with her husband Shane, daughter Jordan and sons Caleb and Colby. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, fishing, bowling and listening to music.
