Before: Patient had severe periodontal disease on all of upper teeth with extreme mobility (looseness) and extreme difficulty eating due to structural integrity of the bone. Upper teeth had lost between 50-80% of bone. Due to this fact, all of the upper teeth needed to be extracted and implants placed followed by implant supported bridgework.
After: Final picture of upper implant supported bridgework which was extremely customized to the patient’s lip frame and very natural looking.
