Patients often do not know that lateral incisors (teeth next to the two front teeth) are the second most common missing teeth in the mouth (first being the wisdom teeth). In the before image, another dentist attempted to veneer the canines to make them look like laterals. Patient was unhappy with the result. My goal was to create a more proportionate smile and close the spaces. The result: an amazing transposition of teeth that were never actually there
