Before: Patient had an old crown on upper right central incisor with a fractured root creating a bone defect. This tooth was deemed hopeless and orthodontics was utilized to gradually move the front tooth down to bring the bone and gums with it in order to create a better environment for implant placement in the future.
After: Case was completed with treatment on the upper 8 teeth; 7 porcelain veneers and one implant crown on the front right central incisor.
